Memoir of Vietnam, 1967

William Fee left college and enlisted in the U.S. Army. He served in Vietnam as a rifleman from July to November 1967 in Delta Company, 1st Battalion, 18th Regiment, First Infantry Division. He was wounded at the battle of Loc Ninh on November 1, and subsequently spent ten months in three army hospitals, undergoing four operations to repair his badly wounded shoulder. He wrote his first "Memoir" while a patient at the Valley Forge Army Hospital and revised it in 2013, adding details of his combat experience learned from Delta Company reunions and events of the years since he returned home.
